Nearly everyone is deficient in B12 today without even realising it.
Vitamin B12 is produced in nature by certain bacteria, however the soil is now so damaged that it is no longer strong enough to provide us with enough B12 naturally, therefore so many of us are having to turn to supplements - but how do you know which one will work?
Well my friend, continue reading as I have done the hard work for you :)
If you find yourself complaining about some of the following symptoms, then you may well be deficient;
-depressed
-irritable
-a decline in your mental abilities, such as memory, understanding and judgement
-disturbed vision
-mouth ulcers
-changes in the way you think, feel and behave
-changes in the way that you walk and move around
-pins and needles
A high quality B12 that contains both adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin (try say those out loud) is an essential and valuable supplement.
So to see my personal favourite B12 supplement that keeps me feeling full of energy can be found HERE.
